COVID REOPENING POLICY

We have missed seeing all of you over the past few months and we truly appreciate, from the bottom of our hearts, your loyalty, your care and your patience. Our number one concern at Snip is the health and safety of our clients and our staff.

NEW HOURS OF OPERATION BEGINNING JUNE 11

8am - 9pm, 7 days a week

SALON SAFETY MEASURES

  • Stylists will be wearing all state required PPE.
  • No more than two stylists will be working each shift.
  • Clients will be six feet apart from each other.
  • We will wash our hands, clean our surfaces & disinfect all tools in between each client.
  • We will have hand sanitizer for you to use.
  • Staff will be wellness-checked daily for your protection.
  • No food or beverage will be permitted in the salon.

APPOINTMENTS / BOOKINGS

  • All new clients must call the front desk to book an appointment.
  • All existing clients can book haircuts on our website.
  • All color services must be booked through the front desk.

CLIENT SERVICES

  • CHEMICAL SERVICE/COLOR CLIENTS: During the first phase of our reopening, we will only offer the color services of a SINGLE PROCESS or Partial Highlights (WHATEVER CAN BE ACHIEVED IN 2 HOURS). We WILL NOT be offering FULL HEAD HIGHLIGHTS, DOUBLE PROCESS BLEACH-OUTS OR BALAYAGE at this time.
  • BLOWDRY SERVICES: During the first phase of our reopening, we are unable to perform blow-drying services.

PAYMENT / CHARGES

  • All appointments will be pre paid via the front desk at your time of booking.
    Tip is not included.
  • PPE CHARGE - In an effort to remain in business, we have implemented a PPE surcharge. Our front desk will discuss this with you at the time of your booking.
    Our goal is to eliminate this charge as things return to normal.

CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, showered with clean hair.
  • Color Clients please arrive with clean and dried hair.
  • Men receiving haircuts please do not wear hats to the salon.
  • Your temperature will be taken as you come in.
  • Wearing a facemask is mandatory throughout your entire stay (mask must go around your ears).
  • Upon arriving for your appointment, please check in with us before having a seat on the bench outside on the Snip Salon side ONLY.
  • Only guests who are receiving services will be permitted on the property.
  • We ask that conversation be kept to a minimum so that we can work efficiently on your hair, as well as minimize the spread of droplets among clients.
  • NO handbags - bring only your cell phone, keys or wallets.
  • Retail items will be at request and ready for you upon checkout, which will be contactless.
  • If you are not feeling well, please do not hesitate to cancel so we can fill your spot.

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW POLICY

  • With 24 hours notice, we will gladly reschedule your appointment if you must cancel
  • Day of cancellations will be charged 50% if unable to fill appointment.
  • No shows will be charged in full for their appointments.
